Cancellation policy (about registration)

  • Cancellation free of charge via sending an email to secretary@ti-coast.com before 1 April 2020 with the subject ‘Deregistration request’ and describing your request to cancel your registration.
  • For cancellation between 1 and 20 April: administration costs of €50,00 will be charged
  • For cancellation between 20 April and 27 April: 50% of the registration rate will be charged
  • Cancellation after 26 April or no shows (including no shows for overnight stay in the hotel): no refund
  • No refunds will be granted for unattended parts of the event or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference room or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the conference organisers
